Powerful Partnerships, Effective People

Grow mana-enhancing partnerships

Much of the most exciting work happening in Aotearoa these days is across diverse collectives: partnerships between Crown and iwi, between conservation and business, between landowners and government, between hapū and community groups, between western science and mātauranga Māori, and, in many cases, partnerships that are inclusive of all of these.

I have worked with many multi-layered, multi-sectored partnerships, facilitating common ground, clarifying expectations, strengthening capability and weaving values and principles into long-lasting substance.

I take special interest in landscape-scale partnerships that seek to enhance mutually-agreed environmental outcomes while supporting the aspirations of communities and landowners. I work to build their effectiveness, to align the diverse goals and values within them, and to forge break-through solutions.
